LiveFit: Not your average exercise class! Participants are challenged in a variety of ways including muscle and bone strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, and more.
LiveFit Dance: Low-impact aerobics incorporating music, rhythm and dance moves all done to fun and uplifting music. No dance experience needed. This is a learn as we go:)
Yoga and Chair Yoga: A general approach to Yoga with a focus on improving range of motion, increasing balance, and strengthening of muscles and bones.
Moving for Better Balance - Tai Chi Flow: Fluid, gentle movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo, scientifically proven to reduce fall risk.
Daily Defense: A fitness program designed to empower individuals to take control over their health through movement including boxing, strengthening and range of motion.
